Are all three Edits available to purchase?
Yes. The Direct Journey Audit and Direct Journey Build are one-time purchases. The Monthly Journey Edit is billed monthly with a three-month initial commitment.
Which Edit should I choose?
Choose the Audit when you need to understand the full journey and decide what to fix. Choose the Build when one campaign or journey priority is already defined. Choose Monthly when you want one priority developed and optimized each month.
What types of businesses do you support?
Boutique fitness and wellness businesses with a direct booking or ecommerce path, customer accounts or email capture, and access to email or SMS tools.
What happens during the scope review?
We review the business model, platform, requested priority and available materials to confirm the work fits the selected Edit.
What if my business is not a fit?
The order is cancelled and refunded before work begins.
Which booking platforms do you support?
Support depends on the platform’s booking links, customer fields, triggers, segments and reporting. Platform fit is confirmed during the scope review.
Do you implement the recommendations?
Standard delivery includes finished copy, audience rules, triggers, timing, exclusions and implementation instructions. Direct platform activation is included only when explicitly stated.
Do you need customer data?
No raw customer database is required. Aggregated metrics, anonymized screenshots and existing journey materials are sufficient.
Is the service fully asynchronous?
Yes. Purchase, intake, delivery and revision are completed online without a discovery call.
Do you guarantee revenue?
No. Results depend on the offer, audience, traffic, implementation, platform capability and business operations.
Can I cancel the Monthly Journey Edit early?
The Monthly Journey Edit begins with a three-month initial commitment. After the initial term, it continues month to month subject to the published subscription policy.
